WebProWorld Members,
Hey guys, I'm just filling in for John for today. How's everyone doing? Pretty good I hope!
Today I've been debating on whether or not to get the iPhone that is currently priced at $97. Or, wait to see if I want the new one that is coming out soon, and if it is worth the extra money? I already have AT&T so that isn't an issue. I'm on a family plan so not completely sure how the monthly pricing works with that, which is also something to consider. I didn't really like the outside of the new iPhone but since it will be in a case I guess it doesn't matter much. And, I'm not worried about a better camera, because I pretty much carry my Nikon everywhere. But of course, it is supposed to be better and faster, as with any new version.
I'm having trouble deciding what to do! What's your opinion? Do you think the new one is worth the money?

Optimizing For Mobile Platforms
I'm just about to embark on a rewrite of one of my web sites to integrate it with my own bespoke ecommerce app.
As part of the process I want to ensure that my web sites behave well with iPhone and other mobile browsers.
Nothing too hard in that, but I was wondering what, if anything, I should do to ensure Google knows I am "mobile friendly".
I see this as potentially a big advantage I could have over my bigger, slower rivals who don't seem to making their sites mobile friendly.
PLEASE NOTE: I'm not asking for ideas on the how the page should look to consumers, just what sort of things I should do to make Google push me up the rankings for mobile search. |

How can I remove negative information from Google search results?
When i search a key phrase related to my friend in google, it is showing some negative information related to my friend, how can i put down or remove that info?
Main problem is, that info is coming form one of the press release website, so we don't have any option to use webmaster toll or robot.txt to nofollow that press release web page.
is there any way to move down or remove it form google. Press release post was published in 2004 that is showing wrong info. plz suggest me if any one can give expert tips for this....

Disappearing menu
I have two weird issues that may very well be related to I'm posting them together.
We are putting together a new WordPress site (http://artsinourschools.org/index.php?page_id=3) and are using a CSS dropdown menu for the main navigation.
Firefox, Chrome and IE display fine.
In Opera the first menu item in the two navigation lists don't display at all - no text, no hover over, just a big honking blank space.
In Safari, the drop down items below "About Us" disappear as you mouse over the drop down menu.
